1. The “Data Controller” of the treatment
Following consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed.

2. “Data Processor
WowSolution s.r.l (via Brigata Treviso 4/f, 0422498030, ciao@wowsolution.it , P.I. 04402760278 ) has been appointed as data processor pursuant to Article 29 of the Personal Data Protection Code and Article 28 of EU Regulation 2016/679, as it is responsible for the maintenance of the technological part of the site.
3. Place of data processing
The processing operations connected to the web services of this site take place at the aforesaid registered office of the Company and are carried out only by technical personnel in charge of processing. If necessary, the data connected to the newsletter service may also be processed by the personnel of the company that maintains the technological part of the website, which is WowSolution s.r.l (via Brigata Treviso 4/f, 0422498030, ciao@wowsolution.it , P.I. 04402760278 ) for training purposes (data processor pursuant to article 29 of the Personal Data Protection Code and pursuant to article 28 of EU Regulation 2016/679), at the company’s registered office.
No data from the web service is communicated or disseminated.
The personal data provided by users who request information material (mailing lists, newsletters, answers to questions, etc.) are used only to perform the service or provision requested and are not disclosed to third parties.
4. Types of data processed
4.1 Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc..) and other parameters relating to the operating system and computer environment of the user.
This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and is deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except for this possibility, at present the data on web contacts do not persist for more than seven days.
4.2 Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site, also by filling in specific forms, involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to reply to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.
The data will essentially be processed for the following specific purposes:
1. Enquiries about services provided and products/solutions marketed directly by Addikt Sarl.
2. Reports of any kind, also sent through contact form;
3. Sending information and/or personal data for the purpose of defining a professional collaboration;
4. Sending informative newsletters, if subscribed to the appropriate service;
5. Subscription to the company information newsletter (please note that the newsletter does not deal with commercial and/or promotional content).
